  • Do you charge for estimates?

    No, however we do have a dispatch fee of $69. This gets our licensed, background checked and drug tested technician to your door. From there they will perform a safety inspection, visual inspection of todays items, and offer customized options that best suit your needs and the current situation. 

  • Can you do the work today?

    Most of the time, yes! Your time is valuable, and we want to respect that. Our intention is always to complete the work “same day”. Our technicians maintain a fully stocked truck we call a warehouse one wheels. This allows us to complete almost any task the same day we schedule the call.

  • Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your work?

    We stand behind our work with a complete satisfaction guarantee. Additionally, our members benefit from a lifetime warranty on all installations we perform.
  • How much do you charge per hour?

    We do not charge an hourly rate. We use straight forward pricing. This is a per task rate. The investment is the same start to finish. This eliminates surprises and the anxiety of watching the clock, wondering if a parts run or a lunch break is costing you money. Transparency is our policy, and it starts with upfront pricing. 

  • Can you give me a ballpark price?

    We have learned from many years of service, that every situation is unique. Every home and project has a different age, height, distance, box, framing, wiring, finishes and so forth. These variables can drastically change the investment, and we do not want to set an expectation and then change it. Getting our eyes and hands on it is the only way to do it right.

  • How long is your warranty?

    We have a standard one year warranty on installations and repairs. Our maintenance plan members enjoy a two year warranty on repairs and a LIFETIME warranty on installations. This is all backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. 

  • Do you service appliances?

    No. Even though we do install many appliances, we do not service them. We are experts when it comes to the wiring and devices that power your appliances, but we stay in our lane when it comes to the appliance itself. First let’s find out if it’s the supply power, or the appliance that is the issue. Then we know how to serve you best.
